I have a freeswitch server located behind 1:1 nat that I have been using to test things with. Today I upgraded to the latest trunk and began having troubles with my private ip being exposed in the sdp instead of the value set with ext-rtp-ip in the sip_profile. Needless to say all of my audio is broken now. :)
