My understanding of DialPlan/CallRouting is that it can be accomplished via static XML tags, or alternatively, via a DialPlan Application that interfaces with the dptools module.
Question: If my above assumption is true, how does one select one approach over the other? What is the criteria/considerations that would govern the decision?
