uuid_hold will send a HOLD indication to the end you're talking to ...
it will NOT put the person your talking to on HOLD... I think that is
the confusion of uuid_hold.
Example:
Phone -> FS1 -> FS2(uses uuid_hold) will cause the FS1 box to play
hold music to the phone.
