Thanks Brian. I did have both force-register-domain and force-register-db-domain commented in both the internal.xml and internal-ipv6.xml. The phones appear to register to the company1 domain, as shown in sofia status profile company1; however I have noticed that when I try to make a call to another a phone in the same domain, the system is trying to call sofia/internal/1...@company1 -- this is when we get the message, user not registered. If I can the phones to just register to the IP address of the machine, they call fine and is shows sofia/internal/sip:1...@phonesgatewayipaddress. Is this a dialplan problem? In both cases I am just using the sample dialplan.
