OK, seems that there is some propagation within europe on 40 right now. So my plan is this.
I have a recording which is 40 seconds long. I'll be transmitting at 10w (or as close as I can get without breaking the rules) RMS. Now(ish): I'll setup volumes and so on. 14:45 UTC. I'll transmit the entire sequence 4 times (with a 5 second space in between). On the frequency (dial) 7.070 USB. I'll repeat every 5 minutes on the nose until 15:00 15:15 UTC I'll swap to 14.140 USB. Same sequence until 15:30. If anyone would like to sked any other frequencies let me know.
