Hello Philip,

I agree with Bruce - Codec 2 at low bit rates allows some interesting
possibilities.  For example you could aim at greatly exceeding the
performance (e.g. by 12dB or more) of incumbent FM and 1st-gen VHF
Digital Voice systems.  Or greatly reducing the bandwidth.  Or both.
