The fact that it combines VQ and prediction means that there is no
precise "resolution" on the pitch. The pitch error depends not only on
the frequency, but also on how continuous the original pitch is.

In general, I would say that one shouldn't expect codec2 to sounds
anything other than atrocious on music. That's just not what vocoders
are meant to code and it's not worth making voice worse just to make
music slightly less awful.
