300MHz to 3.8GHz = no HF, at least without a mod, which is unlikely due to
using a single-chip transceiver instead of an ADC with external mixer.
6dBm output power. Certainly needs an external high-gain RF power amplifier.
No duplexer = either needs two antennae or another external component (I
don't see that much pins for external interfacing).
No audio in/out. With the low external pins, I don't see exactly how it can
run standalone without expansion cards.
I'm not sure a lot can be done with the simpler 15KLE FPGA.
