FCC has granted ARRL's request for waiver to use MotoTRBO

In their words: "licensees ultimately will be subject to the rules 
adopted in the pending rulemaking proceeding, but will be permitted to 
operate pursuant to this waiver until a final decision in the rulemaking 
proceeding takes effect. "

They haven't responded to the Codec2 filings yet.

This says they are going to take more time on the rulemaking.
IMO that's a good sign.

There is no guarantee that they will do anything about our filing at all.
We just have to wait.
