Ok, here's my first few questions...
1. config.h.in
Autoconf complains about this not existing. Is is supposed to be there? If
so, what goes in there I need to port to the cmake build?
As a side note, this error prevents me from trying out make dist on Linux
in order to re-implement it in cmake.
2. version.h
There is a copy of version.h in both the main and src/ directory. The one
in the src/ directory seems to be the one actually used. Is the version
supposed to be 0.961? Or 0.96.1?
3. What is svn.ico?
It looks like a windows icon file but I can't get icotool is extract
anything from it. It gives a PNG error.
