I still need to do some testing including packaging of the resultant
binary, but I got through all the builds!
I had to rewrite the libctb build system in cmake as well because the
makefile only (no configuration) prevented the cross-compile tools from
setting up the proper environment. I contacted upstream and they are
interested in whatever I develop, so that's good news.
One problem I have to figure out it how to get cmake (or cpack) to copy all
the dependent DLL's into the installed when it builds it.
