build dependencies. Can you try that again and post the output if you have
problems?

As mentioned on another thread, you missed a few devel packages but I think
the main problems are:
1. the wxWidgets 2.9+ dependency which no distro ships.
2. The Makefile.linux build of fdmdv2 is broken and should be avoided. It
pretty much tries to download all the dependencies and build them
statically IIRC.
