Hi,
I have created mailing lists for the in-development Algoram Digital
Voice Server, which interoperates with FreeDV as a command-line program.
It will eventually be a remote digital voice server and a back-end for
graphical user interfaces on Linux, Windows, Mac, Android, maybe even
iPhone. DVS is dual-licensed Open Source and commercial.
