Hi Nauman,

As Glen suggested the STM32F4 Discovery resources are a good starting 
point for simple STM32F4 programs.

The source code and build instructions for the SM1000 firmware is in 
codec2-dev/stm32, however the SVN repository is offline at the moment.

Sourceforge predict it will be back on line today.
