This is what the Parrot receiver recorded to "send" back but I notice a crash 
so I don't know
if this was successfully sent.
Play with David's Codec2 tools:
c2dec 700C 11_36am_to_radio.700C - | aplay -f S16

Quite good copy my end, the repeater end.
