I'm interested in exact same thing, but for 700c. >From the doc you provided, it looks like there is 40ms update (frame every 40 ms), and each frame takes 28 bits. I think it should be similar to what is in the 2400 version:
Spectral magnitudes (LSPs) Joint Pitch and Energy Voicing (updated each 10ms) But I want to know precisely. Like how many spectral magnitutes are coded and how many bits used for each. What means joint pitch and energy, how many bits used for each. Voicing I guess clear for me.
