Unfortunately I cant see the thing I'm looking for.
I'm interested in smth similar to what is given on the original page:
http://www.rowetel.com/?page_id=452, under "Example Bit Allocation".
The info there is provided for 2400 bitrate. I'm interested in exact same
thing, but for 700c.

40 ms), and each frame takes 28 bits. I think it should be similar to what
is in the 2400 version:

Spectral magnitudes (LSPs)
Joint Pitch and Energy
Voicing (updated each 10ms)

But I want to know precisely. Like how many spectral magnitutes are coded
and how many bits used for each. What means joint pitch and energy, how
many bits used for each. Voicing I guess clear for me.
