Could anyone perhaps provide me some advice with regards to updating the firmware of a SM 1000 using a Windows PC.
I attempted to follow the instructions in the manual to update the SM 1000's firmware, but when I looked for it in the DfuSeDemo application, I could not find it there. I could also not find the SM 1000 in Device Manager leading me to believe that there is a COM/port problem. If anyone has any advice on how to fix/troubleshoot this, it would be greatly appreciated.
