As I am new to the mailing list I am not 100% sure how it works. If
this problem has already been solved could someone please point me in
the right direction?
Back in 2016 I bought an SM1000. I have downloaded the latest V4
Firmware dfu file and used the DfuSeDemo to upgrade the firmware on the
SM1000.
Problem: although the software confirms that the firmware has been
upgraded in fact it has not and the SM1000 remains 1600 only, back
switch does not function and no morse id on switch on. It remains in its
original state or at least appears to.
I have followed the instructions to the letter many times now and still no
update.
Is the current version of DfuSeDemo just that, a demo version that runs through
the process but does not update the firmware?
