FreeDV 2.3.0 has been released, including support for running it directly
on a compatible Flex 8000 or Aurora series radio, enhancements to
performance (thanks to the removal of Python) as well as improvements to
FreeDV Reporter filtering functionality and other bug fixes. It can be
