Thanks, Chuck. Regarding the bugs you've found so far...you should upgrade
to MySQL 3.23, which the MySQL team considers stable. Maybe I should add a
version check to index.php. For the case of indexes on columns that allow
nulls, we can just maintain two separate build scripts. But I anticipate
relying on features only available in 3.23.
