Let's not confuse the newcomer's too much. These are
only by convention. C programmers use upper case to
define constants but that's only a convention not a
rule. FreeTrade programmers use upper case for constants
and for actions, but again, that's only a convention.
...and just because I can, I'll stick my opinion in:
I think StudlyCaps suck. I don't like typing them.
I'm not trying to convert anybody just casting a vote.
