This is 2.1.10 (which comes after 2.1.9)

In the workspace files I've blindly replaced all 2.1.9 and 219
occurrences with 2.1.10 and 2110, respectively -- since I don't have
Windows, I can't help further, sorry.
Any guy who could provide a patch to fix this, or who can explain why
this happens and how to circumvent it?
