Unless I'm missing something, those bugs are entirely about Debian & Ubuntu packaging problems with nothing for upstream to do. The only upstream complaint I see is that freetype-config still exists, and hasn't been completely removed now in favor of the pkg-config files. As the downstream maintainer of the freetype packages for Solaris, I've not had any trouble packaging our builds of 32-bit & 64-bit freetype to both be installed at the same time, but we have a different multilib model & packaging system than Debian/Ubuntu does. -- -Alan Coopersmith- alan.coopersm...@oracle.com Oracle Solaris Engineering - http://blogs.oracle.com/alanc _______________________________________________ Freetype-devel mailing list Freetype-devel@nongnu.org https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/freetype-devel
