t1 and afm

Hi Werner, URW++ fonts are now distributed as t1 which is binary with an ASCII header.  urw-base35-fonts/fonts at master · ArtifexSoftware/urw-base35-fonts github.com FreeType opens them just fine. There are also afm files. Do we need to attach them to t1? I tried but that messed up the ascender so it seams. Alexei
