Inkscape always shows opaque black. (That's why I assumed that Google folks shipped inferior SVG table in their COLRv1 fonts) . Skia, and right after I upload it, my webkit gtk based browser (a small c# thing I wrote, side-line of the fontval web-browser code...) rendered the glyph layers inline, so webkit can get the colours as an svg too.
