Hi Krister,

Can we bump the Runtime version to say 4.01 for the new 1.3.2 builds?
It makes checking for dependencies easier, I can check against the
version number (4) but not the release (pre2, etc.) in RPM AFAIK.

Currently I'm define the version semi-independently of what's in
./runtime/VERSION, (i.e., I've defined version 4.01 for the RPM package)
but I'd prefer to track the exact VERSION number if possible.
