Well, the spec files and patches in my contrib dir goes all the way back
to 1.2.x.

If no one objects, I'll remove everything except the current freevo*spec
files.

I rebuild runapp and freevo_xwin when I generate the RPM package (via
make). I'm not sure if it should be static or shared since it's rebuilt? A
quick inspection of the file sizes seem to indicate that freevo_xwin is
shared, while runapp is static for the latest CVS snapshot. (Currently I'm
using RH 7.3 as my build machine. May change to RH 9 in the future).
