I recently bought a tv-card and for the first time tried the tvguide stuff. The problem I am getting is the fact that I can't seem to get freevo to recognize the REC button in the guide. All I get is: #> tvguide.py (141): TVGUIDE EVENT is MENU_CALL_ITEM_ACTION (as opposed to TV_START_RECORDING)
My event.py file is the snapshot version from yesterday, and it has:
MENU_EVENT { ....., 'REC' : TV_START_RECORDING,... }
Where does this event dissapear? Now I have to edit tvguide.py to get it working, and that sucks :) (btw, the REC event works as expected with ex. bookmarker).
On a sidenote, anyone tried the Terratec Cinergy 600 card, and have some decent record/view settings for mplayer/mencoder?
