Hi, i justed change the caching of mmpython objects to just store the information as dict, not as mmpython object. It's now twice as fast as before. On the downside, the old mmpython cache files may not work anymore. It won't crash, but maybe an attribute like title is not found anymore. So if you update freevo cvs the next time, remember to run 'freevo cache --rebuild' to fix this. Aubin: it's now much easier to store this in a database.
And you should also update mmpython, because it includes a fix for some avi tags which set '\0' as title. Since for Python '\0' is 'True', only '' is 'False', some files may have no title. And now something different: if you use the idlebar and have 250 or more pixel free space, the detachbar will draw itself into this space.
