This is a small patch that makes it possible for icon-themes to set an idlebar bgimage. It looks for the file ICON_DIR/status/idlebar.png.
This file is scaled to the correct idlebar size and used instead of the old 'dull' bar. I am not a graphical artist, so my example file is also very 'dull' (just a bad|boring transparency gradient :). It respects the alpha-channel in the png-file.
