Very brave. You should try to test it without installing it first.

To use bmovl2 you need to patch mplayer. All other outputs work
without patching anything.

The db stuff is work in progress. It should work now.

Wrong is, that this part of mebox isn't fully implemented yet. You can
choose a display engine with OSD_DISPLAY. Possible values are sdl,
imlib2, bmovl and bmovl2 (is needs a mplayer patch). The last two are
not working as basic backend right now (small childapp problem I will
fix the next days). But even than, Freevo can't reuse mplayer for
playing the video, there is much work to be done.
