Summary: Latest MPlayer incompatibility

Initial Comment:
It seems that Freevo is incompatible with the latest
Mplayer (1.0pre5-3.3.5). If a video file is played,
mplayer writes the following error message to
stderr: 'Option vf: pp doesn't exist' and refuses any
further sevice.

When I remove the part in mplayer.py in which the
deinterlacing parameters are constructed ('-vf pp=de'),
mplayer works fine.

I noticed that there are version dependencies with
regards to the -vf flag, but unfortunately I don't have
enough experience with mplayer to know which version
allows which deinterlacing or filter parameters in order to
provide a full solutions here.

It looks like a bug with your mplayer. Mine still has the pp
option. But in Freevo 1.5.3 (coming soon) you can set the
post processing filter if you have a problem.
