I was working on a VLC plugin about a year ago, which gave me a VOD type of service. I don't remember the state I left it in but it wasn't perfect. I'll see if I can find it.

Hi all,

Does a plug-in exist for video-lan clients? I see that vlc can display
what is currently available. I sort of think that someone has already
written a plug-in that can also display this information and then watch
the video.

I wonder if it is possible to have a sort of video-on-demand service?
All I found so far is that it is possible to view a video that is
already being transmitted but this could be part way through.

Any of you vlc experts out there know the answer to these questions?

Duncan
