I see what the problem is. This will have to be fixed soon. I will
take a look at it later today or tomorrow. But for now if you want to
make it work just change
TV_RECORD_DIR = '%s/TV_Records/' % ( FREEVO_MEDIA_DIR )
to
TV_RECORD_DIR = '%s/TV_Records' % ( FREEVO_MEDIA_DIR )
Remember none of the items should have trailing slash.
