I was curious under what circumstances that'd be desired. Why did you need it? I'm a bit concerned that a user might inadvertently end up with a broken kaa install if he's not paying attention or doesn't understand the message. The message itself is good (solves a FAQ) but I'd rather it aborted instead of just sleep, and I'd prefer a command line arg to force an install without building the extensions so the user has to know what he's doing.
