Hi!
I am a new freevo user who might be interested in a bit of development work
also.
I have a picoLCD display hooked up to my freevo-box and want to be able to
use the keypads that is attached to it.
I have managed to get it working by modifying plugins/lcd.py but I'm having
problems with the event system.
Currently I just mapped my keys to MENU_UP, MENU_SELECT and so on, and it
works fine as I can traverse the menu and start playing back videos. I can't
seem to be able to get it to stop though.
Which event am I supposed to send? I have tried STOP and MENU, but none seem
to work, but I am of course not sure the problem is not with my code...
Where can I find more developer documentation on freevo in general and the
event system in particular?
I guess that the changes I make might be of use to other people as well, but
before I start making the changes a bit more beutiful and general I want to
know whether or not I am stepping on anyones toes or if there any planned
changes for freevo 2.0 that I should be aware of.
Regards,
Hannes Holm Ovrén
