Does anyone use the Amazon cover search?
Well it got broken because Amazon changed their interface and dropped
the one that cover-search was using.
I've put in some fixes for this, not completely fixed the util.amazon,
just enough for music covers. I've relaxed the checks a bit so it should
work on just an artist or an album name. And added the size of the image.
There are some more locales that can be set, the full list is:
('ca', 'ecs.amazonaws.ca'),
('de', 'ecs.amazonaws.de'),
('fr', 'ecs.amazonaws.fr'),
('jp', 'ecs.amazonaws.jp'),
('uk', 'ecs.amazonaws.co.uk'),
('us': 'ecs.amazonaws.com'),
'fr' and 'ca' are new.
Will someone do some testing on this?
