By now, for each user or standard feed the plugin youtube can get and list
only the first set of videos (the first 25 videos). With the submitted patch
you will be able to get and list consecutive sets of videos. Yes, you will
reach ALL videos of your favorite Youtube's user.
A small support for internalization and a light code clean-up has been
added.
The patched Python file is available too. Test and enjoy it.
