Hi all,

Over the last couple of weeks I've had some time to do a bit of tweaking
and rewriting...

The main changes include:
- Major modifications to the video pod-cast plug-in (vpodcast) including:
  * speed up of the menus and reduced the time before starting of play
  * calling youtube-dl directly, instead of spawning a process
  * new feed parser for Media RSS feeds, mainly to get the images for an
item
  * configurable download formats, ie mp4 and 3gp for youtube
- Fix upstream for the youtube-dl to work with MetaCafe.
- Fix for Amazon CD covers, not showing the image
- Fix for the joystick not sending button presses after a game
- Major overhaul of the detach and detachbar plug-in including:
  * using kaa.notifier and timer events
  * using events to tell the player that it has detached
- Update of the imdb helper
  * allows series and episode to be specified on the command line
  * command line processing using OptionParser
- Update of the mplayer video player plug-in to merge video (vf) and
audio (af) filter options
- Update of the AUTOJOIN of video files to allow:
  * as many files a needed to be joined
  * also a regex to detect the continuation numbers
- Update of the autostart plug-in to start timing when freevo is ready
  * converted to use kaa.notifier and OneShotTimer events

Plus, of course, lots of small tweak. Anyone using svn will need to run
the convert_config helper on their local_conf.py.

Cheers,
Duncan
