This is the DEBUG_IDLEBAR setting it frames the icons so that I can see
if something is misaligned. Should have text in the boxes naming the
plug-in but the idlebar font was too large.

Goom is a bit CPU intensive. It is possible to reduce the framerate now.
I should also add the doubling function to reduce the quality. There is
a small test program in the pygoom folder.
