As you say it looks like kaa is getting a bit more widespread use. It might be cool to do a small piece for the website if you have the time to write up a few paragraphs? I'm thinking a quick 'technology preview' write up where you introduce readers to kaa, it's background and uses and the feature set that will be available with the upcoming 1.0 release.
I know there are probably quite a few freevo 1.x users who could do with a better understanding of the kaa framework let alone others who have no freevo involvement. Anyway just shout if you want me to post anything.
