Hi, I'm thinking of rewriting the appletrailers plugin for freevo2. My approach was going to use fxds to hold the info on the trailers but I can't get a standard fxd with a video file set to a http location to work. I hacked a bit in freevo2/plugins/video/__init__.py but then ran into other problems in mediaitem.py because of my changes.
I've looked through the wiki and the kaa docs that exist at http://doc.freevo.org/api/kaa/ but there isn't much there to go on. Am I missing something or does freevo2 just not support web based streams in at the moment?
