In svn now, thanks.  Although I should probably start thinking about 
whether or not to rewrite kaa.Socket to explicitly create v4-only or 
v6-only sockets based on connect and bind values, rather than using IPv4 
mapped addresses on exclusively v6 sockets to make dual stack coding 
simpler.  I need to understand the nuances better.
