The binary version of Freevo doesn't include DXR3 support (yet). You'll
have to install patched versions of SDL for DXR3 yourself. I don't have
detailed instructions for this since I don't use a DXR3.
Are there any volunteers for writing up detailed instructions on how to
build SDL/DXR3? If so, please add it to the deps page in the wiki, and
I'll start including it in the runtime.
