I am, and I can get TV input going after a long arduous journey. I haven't had time to work with it in the past couple of days, but most of what you need is available through

http://marvel.sf.net

Right now, upon reboot I have to manually re-enable all the modules with their update script, and sometimes they do not take kindly to being installed in the usual places. After that I have to configure the Marvel using Xawtv to set the proper settings for NTSC, US-cable, etc. Mplayer doesn't seem capable of doing that so far (error: can't set norm!). After doing all that I still can't get mplayer to tune tv right on its own, but freevo seems to slap it upside the head or something as it displays fine.

I haven't even touched recording or video output yet.
