By the way, Dischi, you can disregard this earlier thread. I'm a Gentoo user and this all started after an emerge update. During that process Python got upgraded and a lot of weird stuff happened in Freevo, not just this No Action stuff. Despite efforts to trace the problem, do other updates, etc., nothing helped. So, last night, I completely wiped and reloaded the system with the very latest and greatest of everything, including CVS pulls of Freevo and MPlayer. All better now. Don't know why, don't care. =)
