Personally, I think for playback and regular 'tv' quality catpure, I
think that the Xbox takes some beating as an all-in-one unit with
Linux/Freevo installed (you no longer require a mod-chip to install
Linux: http://xbox-linux.sourceforge.net). For more demanding capture
(your only input option is USB 1.1) something else is probably a better
option though.
