Hi, I have Radeon7000 and so far I haven't able to make it work with TV except in VESA modes so no HW acceleration. That's why I am swithich to NVidia MX440 card. I have tried to get it work in X and FB without luck. Using radeon drivers TV picture is corrupted but using VESA drivers it is OK.
