Unfortunately I don't have a commercial DVD to test with, only one made
on a commercial DVD player machine.
I did test over the weekend with a hired commercial DVD and the only
difference that I can see is that the commercial DVD do not produce the
errors seen here.
I will see if I can get another commercial DVD and try lsdvd with the
extra options.
