Will you be willing to show me some rtsp links which works for mplayer?
I've searched but I can't find any rtsp videos.

I've tried creating my own using VLC, but for some reason, mplayer will
play fine for ~5 secs (I assume this is from the cache) and then start
to jerk afterwards.

I've tried -framedrop and -hardframedrop (which crashes mplayer).

Do you have experience with this?
